Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on pricing, timelines, and how a project actually runs. If your question isn't here, ask it directly — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
How do you price a project?
Every project gets a written, fixed-scope quote before work starts. We price based on what's being built, not hours logged — so you know the total cost upfront, not at the end of an invoice cycle.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends entirely on scope. A brochure website and a custom ERP integration take very different amounts of time. Your quote includes a specific timeline built around what you've actually asked for.
I'm not sure which service I need — what do I do?
Book a discovery call and describe the problem, not the solution you think you need. We'll tell you plainly which service applies, and say so if the honest answer is more than one.
Can you combine multiple services into one project?
Yes — that's common. A new web application, for example, often pairs UI/UX design with cloud hosting and ongoing support. One team handles all of it, so nothing gets lost between separate vendors.
What happens after the project launches?
You can walk away with what was built and manage it yourself, or add ongoing support through IT Support & Managed Services for monitoring, updates, and fixes. Neither path is the default — it's your call.
Who owns the code, content, and accounts once we're done?
You do. Source code, content, hosting, and domain accounts are yours at handoff. We don't build in vendor lock-in or require an ongoing contract to keep access to your own work.
What do you need from us to get started?
A clear description of the problem, access to any existing systems involved, and a decision-maker who can sign off on the scope. We'll ask specific questions during the discovery call rather than handing you a long intake form upfront.
Can you work with systems or vendors we already have in place?
Usually, yes. Most projects start from an existing website, codebase, or vendor relationship rather than a blank slate. We'll audit what's there and tell you upfront if something genuinely needs replacing rather than integrating with.
Do you work with businesses outside the Netherlands?
Our team is Netherlands-based and most of our client base is Dutch, but the work itself — software, cloud, security, automation — is delivered remotely and isn't limited by location.
What if the scope changes partway through?
We'll flag it as soon as it comes up, explain the impact on cost and timeline, and send a revised quote for your approval. Scope changes are a conversation, never a surprise line item on the final invoice.
